Job Description
HR Recruiter Freshers & Experienced || DAY SHIFT || Immediate Joiners||
Job Role : HR Recruiter.
Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office).
Shift: Day Shift.
Only Female Candidates are eligible.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle End-to-End Recruitment for assigned requirements.
Sourcing candidates through Job Portals, Social Media & References.
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews.
Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients.
Following up with candidates till joining.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Any Graduate (Pursuing candidates not eligible).
Age Limit: Up to 29 Years.
Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory).
Basic knowledge of recruitment cycle.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Experience & Salary Structure:
1. Freshers:
13,000 + Incentives (First 3 Months)
2. Experience (International Voice Process):
15,000 25,000(First 3 Months) + 10,000 Incentives.
Work Schedule:
Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off).
