Job Description
Job Title: Contracting & Finance Executive / AnalystJob Summary:
The Contracting & Finance Executive is responsible for managing contracts, financial transactions, budgeting, and compliance. This role ensures that all contracts are financially viable, legally compliant, and aligned with organizational goals while maintaining accurate financial records and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and SLAs
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal regulations
- Coordinate with legal, procurement, and business teams
- Track contract lifecycle (creation, renewal, termination)
- Maintain contract repository and documentation Financial Management:
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Monitor expenses, revenue, and cost optimization
- Process invoices, payments, and billing activities
- Perform financial analysis and variance reporting
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial standards Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls
- Support internal and external audits
- Identify financial risks and suggest mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or contract management
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting basics
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of financial compliance and auditing standards
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Certifications like CA / CMA / MBA Finance (optional)
- Basic legal understanding of contracts and agreements
