Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor calls to identify areas for improvement and implement changes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze data to measure performance and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Conduct call monitoring sessions to evaluate agent performance and provide feedback.
- Develop and maintain quality control processes to ensure consistency across teams.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall service quality.
- Implement the 7QC tools to identify and address quality problems.
Job Requirements :
- Experience in US healthcare industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and practices is desirable.
- Familiarity with Call Monitoring techniques and tools is beneficial.
- Understanding of 7QC tools and their application in quality analysis is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
