About the Role:

We are looking for a Salesforce (Copado) + selenium(Playwright) with 6 years to 10 years of experience in QA/testing,focused on Salesforce and atleast 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado. The role also requires a consultative mindset to help improve test pass rates by optimizing automation design and QA processes.

Requirements :

Lead the design and implementation of robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
TFamilarity with tests salesforce implementations using Copado for quality assurance through automated and manual.
Experience in QA Engineer testing Salesforce and Agentforce implementations using Copado through automated and manual validation to ensure deployment quality and reliability
Good to have Broadridge platform experience

Key Responsibilities:

Migrate automated test cases from Selenium to Copado (CRT) and complete remaining automation backlog
Develop and optimize Copado automated test scenarios for Salesforce applications
Analyze and improve test stability and pass rates
Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to the existing QA team
Act as an extension of the client s QA automation team

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)
Proven experience in migrating test cases to Copado Automation
Experience improving automation test pass rates and stability and drive towards this
Exposure to Salesforce Platform and having done testing for applications built on the same
Ability to provide consulting-led process optimization

Good-to-Have Skills

Prior Selenium automation experience
Test data management for Salesforce
Agile/Scrum QA delivery experience
