Job Description
- Acquire, clean, and process real-world data from multiple sources for analysis and modeling
- Perform comprehensive Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Engineer meaningful features from raw data to enhance model performance
- Develop, train, and evaluate statistical and machine learning models
- Deploy models using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms like GCP
- Collaborate with data engineering, software engineering, and product teams for production deployment
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed models
- Implement monitoring systems to track model performance and detect data drift or model decay
- Trigger model retraining and improvements based on performance monitoring
- Communicate insights and model outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning
- Interact with clients and manage deliverables independently
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure delivery excellence
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Python (preferred) or SAS
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Solid understanding of ML and statistical modeling techniques
- Expertise in regression analysis
- Ability to understand predictive model inputs and validate outputs
- Strong skills in interpreting, validating, and documenting results
- Experience in client interaction and working as an individual contributor
- Ability to manage and collaborate with teams for successful delivery
