Job Description
As an HR Executive / Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various departments, including IT trainers, sales, and marketing.
Role & responsibilities
- Job Analysis: Partner with hiring managers to understand team requirements and draft clear job descriptions.
- Talent Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess communication skills, technical relevance, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage subsequent interview rounds between candidates and department heads.
- Salary Negotiation: Handle compensation discussions, align expectations with budget constraints, and extend formal job offers.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate documentation, reference checks, and smooth integration for new hires on day one.
- Database Management: Maintain updated candidate tracking records using internal excel sheets or an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Market Mapping: Research competitor hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and standard talent availability within the EdTech sector.
