Job Description
Role: Procurement Executive,
Exp: 2 to 7 years,
Location: Remote- Hyderabad,
Np: Immediate Joiners.
Shift Timings(Kuwait Hours): Must work a Sunday to Thursday business week following 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Kuwait Time (11:30 AM to 8:30 PM Indian Standard Time)

JD:
Core Experience: Must possess 5 to 7 years of intensive, hands-on experience specifically within International Procurement, Export-Import (EXIM) operations, Global Freight Forwarding, or Multinational Supply Chain networks.
International Procurement Mastery: Deep, practical knowledge of global sourcing strategies, evaluating overseas manufacturers, managing cross-border trade compliance, and executing complex international purchase agreements.
Autonomous Logistics & Export Execution: Proven capability to independently manage and execute all aspects of freight forwarding, international shipping, and exporting operations on their own. The candidate must seamlessly handle carrier bookings, negotiate freight rates, select optimal transit routes, and resolve shipping delays or customs documentation discrepancies without needing constant supervision.
End-to-End Procurement Management: Absolute capability to independently manage the entire procurement lifecycle, taking complete ownership from the moment a requirement/RFQ is received, through manufacturer identification, pricing comparisons, order placement, and active production tracking, all the way until the cargo is successfully delivered to the destination branch.
Elite Email & Business Communication: Exceptional written English skills are mandatory. Candidates must be highly skilled at drafting precise, professional commercial emails to international manufacturers, freight lines, and internal corporate branches. They must be capable of managing difficult vendor negotiations and providing clear, structured daily status reports over email.
Verbal Communication & Negotiation: Confident and professional verbal communication to independently conduct phone calls, virtual meetings, and price negotiations with overseas suppliers across different time zones.
Advanced Technical & Shipping Calculation Skills: Mastery of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, costing models) used to run complex financial comparisons, landed cost evaluations, and shipping weight/volume calculations.
Shift Alignment (Kuwait Hours): Must work a Sunday to Thursday business week following 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Kuwait Time (11:30 AM to 8:30 PM Indian Standard Time) to ensure 100% real-time operational alignment and immediate responsiveness during your business hours.
