International Chat Process Executive

We are hiring for the position of International Chat Process Executive for an international customer support process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through live chat support.
• Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
• Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
• Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Good written communication skills in English.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM with good accuracy.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.

Eligibility:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Any graduate/undergraduate may apply.
