International Chat Process Executive - We are hiring for the position of International Chat Process Executive for an international customer support process , which is Contract based.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through live chat support.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Typing speed of 30 WPM with good accuracy.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
- Flexible to work in Contractual Role

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
