Hiring: International Chat Process Associate

We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Chat Support Process. Candidates must have prior experience specifically in International Chat Support.

Mandatory Requirement

• Experience must be only in International Chat Process
• Candidates with experience in Content Moderation, Mapping, Annotation, or Non-Voice Back-office processes are not eligible

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat and digital communication channels
• Resolve customer concerns with effective and timely solutions
• Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining accuracy
• Manage multiple chats simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Skills Required

• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Good multitasking and coordination skills
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Job Details

• Rotational US shifts including night shifts
• 5 working days with 2 rotational week-offs
• No fixed Saturday/Sunday off
• Work From Office role

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma (10+3)
• Experience: 0.6 Months 2 Years in International Chat Support(Mandatory)
• Candidates should reside within 30 KM radius of office location

Salary & Benefits

• As Per the Market standards and Decent Hike on Previous CTC
• Free two-way transportation (pick-up & drop)
• STW Allowance: 5,000 for male employees using personal transport
