Department: Transitions & Service Level Agreement / Contract Management Location: Mumbai (Hybrid, Rotational Shifts)

About the Function

This role focuses on Contract Management and Service Level Agreements (SLA), ensuring smooth lifecycle management of contracts, governance, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

Position Purpose

To manage Service Level Agreements and contract lifecycle processes, including drafting, execution, renewal, and compliance tracking.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Contract lifecycle management: Drafting, execution, renewal, expiry, and termination of internal contracts.
• Stakeholder coordination: Work closely with business heads, SLA coordinators, and clients.
• Audit support: Provide data, close audit findings, and ensure compliance.
• SLA reporting: Maintain dashboards, trackers, and repositories.
• Process automation: Partner with global teams to streamline workflows.
• SLA migration: Manage transitions and approvals.

Contributing Responsibilities

• Track technical changes and update SLAs.
• Liaise with tax teams, business heads, and program managers.
• Maintain logs and produce management reports.
• Ensure SLA validation, signatures, and execution.
