Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. ATM Performance Monitoring & Intelligence
- Oversee real-time, daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting and dashboards, covering uptime, transaction volumes, error categories, profitability, and penalty exposure.
- Build automated dashboards and early warning alerts to track deviations from SLA and performance benchmarks.
- Drive insights-led discussions with operations, vendor management, and leadership teams.
2. Root Cause & Gap Analysis
- Lead in-depth root cause analysis of downtime incidents and performance dips across the ATM network.
- Identify systemic issues vendor, hardware, network, cash management, or process gaps and recommend targeted interventions.
3. Forecasting & Predictive Analytics
- Use historical transaction and uptime data to build predictive models for downtime, penalty exposure, and revenue
- variance.
- Conduct scenario planning and what-if analyses to guide deployment, maintenance, and commercial strategies.
- Partner with leadership to align analytics outcomes with business growth objectives.
4. Penalty & SLA Governance
- Govern the penalty calculation process for banks, vendors, and internal business units as per SLA terms.
- Analyze penalty trends, identify root causes, and support negotiation to minimize financial exposure through data-driven justification.
- Monitor vendor SLA adherence and drive performance accountability.
5. Strategic Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
- Prepare board-level booklets, leadership decks, and operational dashboards summarizing network performance,penalty exposure, and business impact.
- Act as a bridge between business and analytics, enabling informed decision-making at all levels.
6. Tools & Data Expertise
- Champion the use of visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent) to create insightful dashboards and analytics layers.
- Ensure advanced utilization of Excel, data transformation, and automation techniques to improve process efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
- 10-15 years of experience in Service Assurance, Business Analytics, or ATM Managed Services Industry.
- Proven track record of leveraging analytics to drive operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.
- Strong understanding of ATM operations, SLA structures, penalty mechanisms, and transaction economics.
- Expertise in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), advanced Excel, and forecasting techniques.
