Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Techno-Functional Expert with strong technical expertise in Pro*C, C++, .NET, and Oracle along with deep knowledge of Capital Markets and Exchange systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in deployment methodologies, system integration, and production support within trading or exchange environments.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business requirements and provide techno-functional solutions for capital market and exchange-related systems.
Design, develop, and support applications using Pro*C, C++, .NET, and Oracle technologies.
Participate in system architecture discussions, solution design, and technical documentation.
Manage and support application deployments across environments following standard deployment methodologies.
Work closely with business stakeholders, trading teams, and technical teams to ensure seamless system implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks in trading or exchange systems.
Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability for high-volume trading environments.
Coordinate with QA teams during testing, UAT, and production rollout.
Maintain documentation related to system architecture, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Pro*C, C++, .NET, and Oracle Database.
Good understanding of deployment methodologies and release management processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in high-pressure trading environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Mandatory Requirements
4+ years of experience in software development / techno-functional roles.
Capital Market and Exchange domain knowledge is mandatory.
Experience working with trading systems, exchange platforms, or brokerage applications.
