Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate CDP / DCDP to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and supporting the team in delivering an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes as per company standards
Assist in managing a specific section of the kitchen
Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are strictly followed
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely service
