What Youll Do

• Engage with customers confidently via calls/emails
• Handle reservation sales & customer support
• Use MS Office and GDS tools (Amadeus preferred)
• Work in a 24x7 rotational setup with weekly offs

Who You Are

• Fluent in English, excellent communication skills
• Energetic, confident, customer-focused
• Graduate (Hotel Management / Aviation diploma preferred)
• Experience in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, OTA, or BPO a plus
