Hiring Senior Recruiter | Oil & Gas Industry | Faridabad

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in Oil & Gas / EPC recruitment to join our growing team in Faridabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas, EPC, Offshore, Shutdown, and Engineering positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Shine, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate client interviews.
• Manage bulk hiring and niche technical recruitment requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong database of skilled professionals.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely closures.
• Prepare job postings, recruitment reports, and hiring updates.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and follow-up processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas / EPC industry.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Shine portal.
• Strong understanding of technical and non-technical Oil & Gas positions.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
