2-3 Years Experience: 30,000 -40,000 per month
5-7 Years Experience: 40,000 -60,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based commission (0.10% 0.25% on disbursement)
Role Overview:
We are hiring experienced professionals in the loans segment who can drive business and achieve loan disbursement targets across various financial products. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, processing, and closing loan deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and generate business for different loan products:
Personal Loans
Loan Against Property (LAP)
Car Loans
Other retail or secured/unsecured loan products
Manage end-to-end loan process: lead generation to disbursement
Build and maintain relationships with clients, DSAs, and channel partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth processing
Ensure proper documentation and compliance
Performance Expectations:
Candidates earning 30,000 -40,000 are expected to generate 1.5 Cr 2 Cr monthly loan disbursement
Higher experience candidates will have proportionately higher targets
Incentives will be linked to total business generated
Key Requirements:
Relevant experience in loan sales (2-7 years depending on role)
Strong understanding of loan products and market dynamics
Proven track record of achieving sales/disbursement targets
Good networking and client acquisition skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Compensation Structure:
Fixed Salary based on experience
Attractive performance-based incentives (0.10% 0.25% on disbursement value)
