- Experienced in End-to-End Recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Hands-on experience in hiring for both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent positions across various IT technologies.
- Worked closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver suitable candidates within deadlines.
- Expertise in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conducted initial HR screening and coordinated technical interviews with clients/panels.
- Experience in handling multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and market trends.
- Maintained candidate pipelines, interview trackers, and recruitment reports using ATS/tools.
- Skilled in salary negotiation, follow-ups, and candidate relationship management.
- Ensured smooth onboarding and documentation process for selected candidates.
