The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction. The role focuses on coordinating teams, managing resources, tracking progress, and mitigating risks to achieve successful project outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects as per defined scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and quality standards.
- Communicate project status, updates, and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 510 years of experience in project management or related roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.
Preferred Qualification:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
- MBA or Masters degree in Management or related discipline.
- Experience in handling medium to large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working in cross-functional or client-facing environments.
