Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Bakery Sous Chef to oversee daily bakery operations, ensure exceptional product quality, maintain hygiene standards, lead and develop the bakery team, and contribute to ongoing product innovation and R&D initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, has strong leadership capabilities, and is passionate about creating high-quality, inclusive desserts


Preferred candidate profile


  • 5+ years of experience in bakery or pastry production, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong technical expertise in fondant, buttercream, ganache, whipped cream, pastries, and dessert production
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for plant-based, sustainable, and innovative dessert concepts
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • BHM / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
