 Sales Supervisor

Job Description

    A sales supervisor leads and directs a frontline sales team to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets. They bridge the gap between upper management and sales reps by coaching staff, tracking performance metrics, and handling complex customer escalations

     

      • Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
      • Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, sales volume) to ensure quotas are met.
      • Customer Escalation: Handle high-level customer complaints, negotiate contracts, and ensure high satisfaction rates .
    • Sales Operations: Oversee daily floor or territory operations, manage inventory/stock levels, and coordinate order processing.
    • Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify buying trends and generate reports for upper management.
