- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic or virtual)
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
- Support client relationship management by ensuring timely and quality hiring delivery
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and online tools
