Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and execution-focused HR professional to manage high-volume recruitment along with core HR operations. The role involves bulk hiring across multiple locations while ensuring smooth onboarding and supporting employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk/volume hiring requirements
• Plan and execute walk-in drives, campus hiring, and mass recruitment campaigns
• Source candidates through job portals, vendors, field sourcing, and referrals
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with stakeholders and ensure quick closures within TAT
• Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining follow-ups
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and track sourcing mix

Monitor key recruitment metrics: TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost-per-hire

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 14 years of experience in bulk hiring and HR generalist role
• Strong experience in mass hiring, walk-ins, and vendor coordination
• Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and HRMS/ATS

Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
