Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities, with a primary focus on bulk hiring for BFSI sector roles. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, sourcing capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Handle bulk hiring requirements, preferably for BFSI industry roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
- Ensure smooth coordination throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions within deadlines
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 0 - 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations
- Exposure to BFSI bulk hiring/recruitment will be an added advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring methodologies
- Hands-on exposure to job portals and candidate sourcing techniques
- Strong coordination, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously
