Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruiter
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Hyderabad (Preferably near Secunderabad)
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of IT recruitment (preferred)
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
