Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers who can handle both Human Resources and Business Development activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn. The role involves supporting recruitment processes, employee coordination, client communication, lead generation, and business growth activities.
Key Responsibilities
HR Executive Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support attendance and leave management
- Help organize employee engagement activities
- Handle basic HR operations and administrative tasks
Business Development Executive Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads
- Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and meetings
- Explain company services and offerings
- Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
- Support sales and business growth initiatives
- Prepare reports and update CRM/database
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities
- Positive attitude and quick learning ability
- Team player with problem-solving skills
Eligibility
- Any Graduate / MBA / BBA / HR specialization preferred
- Freshers are welcome
- Candidates with strong communication skills will be preferred
