Job Title: Learning & Development Executive
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Company: Onshore Construction Company Pvt. Ltd.
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary

Onshore Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Learning & Development Executive with 2+ years of experience to support employee training and organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Oil & Gas, Iron & Steel, Petrochemical, EPC, or Construction industry and possess strong coordination, communication, and training administration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify training needs through discussions with department heads and employees.
  • Coordinate and organize technical, behavioral, safety, and compliance training programs.
  • Prepare annual training calendars and monitor training schedules.
  • Liaise with internal trainers and external training vendors for program execution.
  • Maintain training records, attendance sheets, certifications, and training databases.
  • Conduct training effectiveness assessments and gather participant feedback.
  • Assist in competency mapping and skill gap analysis across departments.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Prepare training reports, presentations, and MIS for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, client, and organizational training requirements.
  • Support employee development initiatives, succession planning, and career development programs.
  • Coordinate safety-related training programs in line with industry requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Certification in Learning & Development, Training Management, or HR (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or HR Training functions.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Iron & Steel, Petrochemical, EPC, or Construction industries is mandatory.
Required Skills:
  • Strong training coordination and administration skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
