Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted set of candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and vendors (candidates).
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar platforms.
