Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted set of candidates.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and vendors (candidates).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar platforms.
