bout the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager with strong expertise in B2B Sales, Business Development, and Tendering within the Facility Management Services industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and handling the complete tendering process for corporate and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facility Management Services sector.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, industrial establishments, airports, commercial complexes, IT parks, hospitals, educational institutions, and government organizations.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

B2B Sales Management

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized facility management solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Coordinate with operations and support teams for seamless service delivery.

Tendering & Bid Management

  • Identify relevant tenders through government and private procurement portals.
  • Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial bids.
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements, documentation, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for pricing, technical specifications, and bid submissions.
  • Track tender outcomes and maintain records of bid submissions.

Marketing & Client Relationship Management

  • Develop marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events, networking forums, and business meetings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
