Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Expertise in Product management, Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Documentation, product owning mindset, sprint planning/closure/retro, backlog management, creating Epic & user stories till go-live.

• Oversees the strategic product management for an assigned technical product line(s). Strong knowledge of competitive market, operations, and various products and services for Payment / SWIFT/ Credit Card/ Wealth & asset products.

• Hands on JIRA, confluence, MS office, figma/lucid/ draw.io , mural, copilot utilities. Exposure to DB (postgres, DB2), postman, API design and integration, technical understanding of architecture.

• working exp on some domain: Payment / SWIFT/ Credit Card/ Wealth & asset.

• Strong Stakeholder Management & Communication skills(verbal & written), estimations, risk mgmt & conflict resolution, working with cross functional teams (including engineering, operations, devops, TPMs)

• Coordinate onshore-offshore engagement, goal-oriented, have a proactive approach to work, excellent cooperation and team-working skills, Independent thinker, process oriented and a willingness to constantly learn.

• Translates business needs, user needs and technological capabilities into user stories and product specifications that will lead to successful implementations. Document detailed acceptance criteria that developers and QA can rely upon to complete their tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong TPM/PO candidate (5+ relevant experience)
• Certifications(optional) like POPM, PSPO, CSPO, Product Mgmt, MBA, SAFe.
