Project Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end
implementation of Chat360 solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong project ownership,
excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to
ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership: Plan, manage, and execute client implementation projects from
kick-off to delivery.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring
clarity, expectations, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Timeline Management: Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and
deliverables while ensuring on-time execution.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, sales, and
support teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks, dependencies, and challenges
and ensure timely resolution.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper project documentation, progress
reports, and implementation records.
Quality Assurance: Ensure delivery meets functional requirements, quality
standards, and client expectations.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve project workflows, methodologies, and
delivery frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
35 years of experience in Project Management (preferably SaaS, IT, or B2B
technology).
Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycle.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
PMP / Agile / Scrum certification is a plus.Role & responsibilities
