Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage service delivery operations to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and meet SLAs.
  • Oversee SLA management, retention, renewals, and service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of SLA Management, Retention, Renewals, Service Delivery, Service Operations, and Service Level Management principles.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations through excellent communication skills.
