Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective voice coaching strategies to enhance client performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve vocal quality and confidence.
  • Provide feedback and guidance on pronunciation, pitch, and volume control.
  • Collaborate with other coaches to create customized coaching plans.
  • Monitor progress and track results of coaching efforts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in voice coaching.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a voice coach, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong knowledge of vocal techniques and technologies.
  • Experience working with international clients is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
