Required Technology Knowledge:
- Proficiency in operating in Linux and networking
- Good knowledge of ITRS Geneos / Oracle SQL
- Experience working with Ansible is preferred
- Strong shell/Perl/Python scripting skills. Ability to automate manual task and seek continuous improvement in support performance
- Good understanding in infrastructure setup, OS memory management, capacity review
Experience/Specific Knowledge of the following would be a bonus:
- Basic functional knowledge of Financial products
People and Talent
- Pro-active approach to dealing with challenges.
- Strong communication skills and well organised.
- Strong team player but able to work independently under pressure.
Experience in Handling prod infra/systems, Hands on technical with application/tools and architecture,
Strong hands-on experience on ITRS monitoring set up, ITRS Active Console, writing rules and samplers.
Hands on in technologies like Windows & Unix platform, Unix/PowerShell/ Batch Scripting, Oracle/pl-sql objects, job schedulers tool like Control-M, Airflow.
Passion for setting up automation, reduce manual tasks and improve overall efficiency.
Knowledge in Java, python programming
