Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Acquisition of HNI & Ultra HNI clients with primary focus on generation of broking revenue through Equity / Commodity / Currency market segments.
• Recruit, Train & Retain Team members - HNI Relationship Managers and HNI Advisors for the stated HNI desk.
• Managing new and existing HNI client relationships with efforts on revenue generation through Equity/ Commodity / Currency market segments (through online and offline channel).
• Analyzing & monitoring the clients portfolio and render advisory services for securing high ROI.
• Execute Cross Sell efforts on focused products promoted by the organization (Mutual Funds / Insurance / PMS / Structured products and others).
• Promote the organizations research and advisory suggestions to the clients being generated from time to time.
• Submission of periodic MIS reports as per requirements of the business.

• Job Requirements :

• 8-20 years of experience in equity broking or related field with expertise in HNI client handling.
• Proven track record of successful HNI acquisition and retention.
• Strong understanding of various investment products such as equities, bonds, mutual funds etc. .
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with HNIs.
