Looking For Regional Credit Manager - Noida, Delhi & Gurgaon @ IIFL Finance

Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

• Responsible for credit underwriting & risk assessment of loan proposals
• Ensure compliance with credit policy & regulatory guidelines
• Manage and approve cases within assigned approval limits
• Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency, and NPAs
• Support business teams with credit decisions & structuring deals
• Conduct field visits / PD (Personal Discussion) for key cases
• Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) for proposal processing
• Coordinate with sales, risk, and operations teams
• Review and control fraud/risk indicators
• Lead and guide regional credit team performance
• Ensure proper documentation & audit readiness
• Analyze market trends and suggest policy improvements
