Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Industry: IT Services & Solutions [Cloud]
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities within the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Virtual Selling. Conduct video conferencing virtual demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer pain points, requirements, and business needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the US-based sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data and customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Key Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
  • 1-3+ of those years in B2B sales selling SaaS and Service Solutions .
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to US clients and familiarity with US business culture.
  • Proven ability to work within a sales methodology like SPIN, Challenger Sale, or MEDDPICC.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with potential customers.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Ability to forecast pipeline to sales accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
