Whatwill you bring in
Atleast 5-10 years of product management experience with a proven track record oflaunching and scaling compelling global SAAS products.
Education:Tier 1 graduates
Experiencein leading product management in a product company.
Strongunderstanding of the product lifecycle management from conceptualization,research to launch.
Goodunderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working infast-paced, iterative product development environments.
Experiencein user research, user experience (UX) design, and product testing.
Priorexperience with SAAS/B2B products for logistics industry is a plus, but notmandatory.
Goodstrategic ability with a hands-on approach.
Stellarwriting, communication, and presentation skills.
Data-drivenapproach with a strong focus on user experience and business objectives.
Strongproduct knowledge and ability to understand and communicate complex productrequirements.
Passionateabout user experience and building delightful digital products.
Abilityto drive product excellence, innovation, and quality, through strong decisionsmaking in fast paced environment.
Ardentdesire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly.
Whatwill you do
Leadthe product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including definingproduct vision, strategy, and goal Design and own product roadmap and releasecycles.
Motivateand influence key stakeholders, get buy-in for ideas, and convince why and whatwe should build Lead product owners and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Collaboratingwith cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, business analysts andproject managers, to bring products to market.
Conductmarket research and competitive analysis to identify product and market trends,customer needs, and product opportunities.
Translatethe product roadmaps into product requirements, features, and user storiesbased on Business analysis specifications, market insights, customer feedback,and business objective Collaborate with engineering, design, and otherstakeholders to prioritize features, create release plans, and develop productroadmaps.
Collaboratewith the UX team to develop unique customer experiences.
Drivethe execution of product development sprints, manage prioritized backlogs, andtrack progress against milestones.
Communicateproduct updates, progress, and roadmap plans to internal teams, executives, andkey stakeholders.
Owncommunication and documentation of delivered features.
Trackand analyse product metrics using analytics tools, user feedback, and marketdata to iterate on features and improve product usability and effectivenessLead and participate in technical deep dive sessions with customers and usersas needed.
Collaboratewith product marketing to create compelling messaging and content that clearlycommunicates the value proposition.
Launchnew products with sales and marketing teams, helping develop the go-to-marketplans.
Mentorand coach junior product team members, providing guidance and support inproduct management best practices.
Stayup to date on industry trends and innovations in Logistics industry and B2Bproduct management.
