Job Description

Sales Role - (Junior and Senior)

Locations:

Mumbai (Goregaon / Powai / Vikroli / Bandra)

Bangalore (Bellandur sarajour haralur road)


Compensation:

Junior: 8-10 LPA + ESOPs

Senior: 15-22 LPA + ESOPs

Work Model: 6 days/week (Saturday and Sunday - working)

Role Summary

- We are hiring across levels in our Buyer Experience (Sales) team to drive conversions, customer delight (NPS), and revenue growth within our micromarkets.

- You will own the end-to-end buyer journey, from first interaction to deal closure, while collaborating closely with growth, partnerships, and product teams.

- This is a high-ownership, revenue-linked, customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive buyer conversions within your assigned micromarket

- Build strong relationships and guide customers through the complete home buying journey

- Manage live listings, from sale readiness to pipeline building

- Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures

- Actively manage and grow the CRM base

- Ensure strong customer experience and resolve escalations (Senior role)

- Collaborate with growth, partnerships, and product teams to improve buyer-side metrics

Who Were Looking For

Junior Buyer Experience (1+ years)

-1+ years of experience in sales / customer-facing roles

- Strong communication and customer orientation

- High energy, hustle, and execution mindset

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Hunger to grow fast in a high-performance environment


Senior Buyer Experience (3+ years)

- 3+ years of strong track record in sales / revenue roles - Preference EdTech companies

- Demonstrated ability to drive conversions and manage revenue targets

- Experience handling escalations and improving customer satisfaction (NPS)

- Strong analytical thinking and structured execution

- Leadership mindset with ability to guide junior team members
