Delivery Module Lead @ Mphasis

Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React JS and related technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, implementing solutions in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React JS and its core principles.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript and its integration with React applications.
• Knowledge of front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or similar.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Experience with cloud services and deployment strategies.
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
