Senior Sourcing Lead @ GEP

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the indirect sourcing team to achieve cost savings targets through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Develop and execute category management plans, including spend analysis, contract negotiations, and supplier selection.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.
• Manage a portfolio of indirect spend categories, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in indirect sourcing or related field (e.g., procurement).
• Proven track record of achieving significant cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of RFX processes and ability to develop effective RFIs/RFPs.
• Experience working in a service industry setting preferred.
