What Youll Do
As a Medical Records Analyst, you will:
- Capture and verify critical information, including references to doctors and hospitals, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Enter and maintain patient demographics and hospital reports across multiple platforms and prescribed databases.
Organize and structure case information to support expert review and analysis.
Track expert activities, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion of cases.
Compile, review, and prepare finalized case documents as per defined standards.
Manage and follow up on notary requirements where applicable.
Perform quality checks and ensure smooth handover of completed cases.
Assist Team Leads in achieving team targets and operational excellence.
Adhere to data integrity, confidentiality, and information security policies.
