Idexcel is hiring for IT recruiters with Good C2H experience.Walk in drive from 8th June 2026 - 10th June 2026
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented C2H Recruiter with experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for Contract-to-Hire positions across IT and automotive domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions while ensuring quality and turnaround time.Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to evaluate technical skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Negotiate compensation, notice period, and joining timelines.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Required Candidate's Profile: deal Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in Contract-to-Hire staffing
- Hands-on experience in C2H recruitment.
