Job Description
Job Title: Senior Wealth Manager / Team Lead Private Banking
Location: Mumbai
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Wealth Manager / Team Lead to drive our Private Banking and Wealth Management business. The role involves managing a team of Relationship Managers, acquiring and servicing High-Net-Worth (HNI/UHNI) clients, and delivering customized financial solutions to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets
Drive acquisition of HNI/UHNI clients and grow Assets Under Management (AUM)
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalized wealth solutions
Provide advisory across financial products including mutual funds, Portfolio Management, bonds, and structured products
Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and revenue
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
Collaborate with internal teams for product structuring and client servicing
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management
At least 3-5 years in a leadership or team management role
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large AUM portfolios
Strong understanding of financial products: mutual funds,Portfolio Management , bonds, structured products, etc.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and client relationship skills
Relevant certifications (CFA, CFP, NISM) will be an added advantage
