Job title : BakeHouse chef - for Corporate office
Exp : 5 to 12+ years

Job Profile :
1. Bakery Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end bakery operations across all regions Pan-India
- Ensure consistency in production processes, recipes, and quality standards
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency, output, and customer experience
2. Product Development & Innovation
- Work closely with the culinary and R&D teams to design and launch new bakery products
- Continuously improve existing menu offerings based on feedback and market trends
- Conduct periodic trials and testing before product rollout
3. Quality Assurance
- Establish strict quality and hygiene standards for all bakery units
- Conduct regular audits across outlets to ensure compliance
- Address quality deviations and take corrective action immediately
4. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and mentor bakery chefs, supervisors, and production teams Pan-India
- Plan manpower requirements for all bakery operations
- Conduct training sessions on baking techniques, SOPs, hygiene, and operational excellence
5. Inventory & Cost Management
- Monitor and control raw material usage, wastage, and pilferage
- Work with procurement to ensure timely availability of ingredients at optimal costs
- Track and improve bakery P&L, margins, and cost efficiency
6. Operational Expansion
Support expansion plans by setting up new bakery units as required
- Standardize processes for new outlet onboarding and scale-up
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth launches
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and Training teams
- Provide insights for menu engineering, pricing, and demand forecasting
- Support marketing campaigns with product expertise
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 5 to 12+ years of experience in bakery operations, five-star hotels, cloud kitchens, or food retail
- Strong expertise in bakery production techniques artisan, commercial, or caf bakery
- Proven experience in managing multi-city or multi-location operations
- Hotel industry / Hospitality background is mandatory
- Strong leadership, training capability, and team management skills
- Excellent understanding of cost control, inventory management, and quality standards
- Ability to innovate and stay updated on bakery trends
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Package : upto 12 to 13 LPA
