Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as International Voice Process Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Only Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an international voice process or BPO environment.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
