Role - Technical Project Manager
Exp - 12+yrs
Location-Navi Mumabi
Technical Skills : Java, Oracle experience, Knowledge of Deployment and Cluster Application Architecture, People and Team Management experience required Should have good knowledge of production support work. Role - 1. Drive and monitor the test cycles for the projects and ensure delivery within TAT. 2. Define design, architecture, and other technology direction for CRs / Implementation. 3. POC for resolving technical issues that may arise during the CR implementation / maintaining coordination with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely completion and delivery of project to the client. 4. Implement the methodology, ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of the project by guiding team members on technical aspects, conducting reviews of technical documents and artefacts. 5. Lead project development, production support and maintenance activities. 6. Fill and ensure timesheets are completed, as is the invoicing process, on or before the deadline. 7. Lead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated. 8. Create functional and technical specification documents. 9. Track open tickets/ incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resources and ensure that the tickets are closed within the deadlines. 10. Ensure analysts adhere to SLA. 11. Ensure that all in the delivery team, including self, are constantly thinking of ways to do things faster, better or in a more economic manner. 12. Lead and ensure project is in compliance with Software Quality Processes and within timelines. 13. Review functional and technical specification documents. 14. Serve as the single point of contact for the team to the project stakeholders. 15. Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates. 16. Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix.
