Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Configure:
- Foundation Objects (FO)
- MDF Objects
- Business Rules
- Workflows
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (Hire, Transfer, Promotion, Termination)
- Design and maintain data models (Corporate, Country-specific, Succession)
- Work on Position Management and Org Structure
- Configure Event & Event Reasons
- Support data migration and data validation activities
- Collaborate with business teams for requirement gathering
- Perform system testing (UAT, Regression)
- Handle integrations with Payroll / SAP / third-party systems
