Job Description

Job Role :

Lead and manage a sales team to achieve business targets.
Drive sales, customer acquisition, and business growth.
Recruit, train, and motivate team members.
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements :

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Sales & Marketing
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Experience in BFSI, insurance, banking, NBFC, telecom, FMCG, or related industries preferred.
