Job Description
Job Title: Demand Manager / Business Development Executive
Location: Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time | Field Role (Mon-Sat)
About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven professionals for the Jaipur market who can drive demand generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong sales and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive offline sales through cold calling and client meetings
- Identify and onboard new clients, corporates, and channel partners
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation to closure and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Track monthly sales performance and ensure revenue targets are met
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
Key Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good networking and relationship-building ability
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the city
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Up to 26 years
- Experience: Min 6 months exp in sales and good market exposer can apply for the role.
- Immediate joiners preferred
Compensation
- CTC: As per industry standards
